French advisory body says Anti Burqa law can,t work

An advisory body of French Government has said that the Laws against the Islamic Burqa will not be able stand. The Government is told by this Advisory body that this law will have no judicial foundation. a member of Advisory body said how can be Burqa insult for the dignity of women if she is wearing it by her own will? let see what steps now French Government takes?
